2010 - A Quilting Review

The name of this blog is My First Quilt, and to my amazement, I've surpassed that. When I started, I really didn't foresee myself making more than a quilt for Kendall and a quilt for Cami - and those are the two quilts that I actually didn't finish this year!

Here's a look at my finished quilts and mug rugs.



After the New Year, I'll post my list of things I want to do in 2011.

PLUS...I have an idea that some of you might want to know about, so you'll need to stay tuned for that. I'll reveal that grand plan after I'm back in California next week.

    Thanks for posting. You are the reason that I tried quilt one 6 months ago. Now I am on to quilt #2 which I am sure will take me years (I am a slight over-achiever). Can't wait to see what your next idea is!

    That is funny that the two quilts you set out to make orginally aren't finished! That sounds like me!

    I'm looking forward to a sewing day - I think first I need to tackle another Happy Birthday banner...then learn your binding trick since that still intimidates me. Actually, so does the piecing, quilting, AND binding. ;)
